It’s a soup dish that comes to mind when the weather gets cold.
I especially like the clear-boiled mussel soup, but I made it with shrimp.
The main ingredients (주요 재료)

minced garlic, minced green onion, red pepper, green pepper, salt, pepper


How to make
1. Put the trimmed mussels and shrimp in a pot, pour enough water to soak, and boil.
2. Boil while removing the foam from the middle, and when it boils, add minced garlic, minced green onion, red pepper, and blue pepper and boil more.
3. Add salt, season and add a little pepper.
4. Boil until the soup comes out white and thick
